I pride myself in educating clients about the real estate process whether they are a buyer or a seller.
I recognize that not only are there first time buyers but there are also first time sellers that need guidance along the way. A well informed client is a happy client. She is not going to sugar-coat the process....It can be very stressful purchasing or selling a property and that’s where my experience, knowledge and negotiating skills comes into play.
I grew up in Halifax, have 2 daughters and moved to the West Hants area in 2010, where I added a husband and 2 more kids to the mix. I've had a successful career as a Construction Health and Safety Manager for union and non-union organizations, still, I always had a passion for the housing market and took the plunge into Real Estate in 2011. When not working, I enjoy spending time with family at our cottage.
Helping people is what I take pride in. If you are thinking of buying or selling a home, it would be my absolute pleasure to help you!
All the Best, Jodi
